During the festive season, two-wheeler manufacturers often introduce a slew of new products to capitalize on the generally positive sentiment among customers. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has joined the lineup by unveiling the SP 125 Sports Edition in the domestic market, retailing at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 90,567 in Delhi.
Customers can now begin booking the Honda SP 125 Sports Edition at authorized Honda Red Wing dealerships nationwide for a limited time. This model features some notable design enhancements but retains its existing mechanical configuration.

Recently, the renowned Japanese automaker expanded its SP series with the introduction of the SP 160, positioning it slightly above the Unicorn 160 in their product range. The SP 125 Sports Edition comes equipped with several attractive features, including a LED headlamp and a fully digital instrument cluster that displays gear position indicators and other essential information.
Honda SP 125 Sports edition design
The motorcycle’s design has also been refreshed, boasting a sleek fuel tank design, a matte muffler cover, and updated graphics. These changes are complemented by vibrant stripes adorning the body panels and alloy wheels. Buyers can opt for the Honda SP 125 Sports Edition in two appealing paint schemes: Decent Blue Metallic and Heavy Grey Metallic.
No mechanical changes
The Honda SP 125 retains its 123.94 cc single-cylinder engine, which complies with the BSVI OBD2 emissions standards. This powertrain delivers a maximum power output of 10.7 hp and a peak torque of 10.9 Nm.
Offered with 10 years of warranty
To sweeten the deal for potential buyers, Honda is offering a special 10-year warranty package, which includes a 3-year standard warranty and the option to extend it for an additional 7 years. This warranty program aims to make the Honda SP 125 even more enticing to customers.
It’s worth noting that the Honda SP 125 has maintained its status as one of the brand’s top-selling commuter motorcycles.
