Pulsar NS400 overview

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is one of the most popular Naked street fighter motorcycle in india as it has successfully won the hearts of young enthusiasts. Now Bajaj is planning to launch the bigger version of NS200 and that is NS400. The MD of Bajaj Auto has hinted that the bike maker is planning to launch 6 new Pulsar by the end of this financial year and one of them could be a Pulsar NS400.

The Pulsar NS400 will share the engine with the new Dominar 400. It will be powered by a 373 cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine that will produce around 40 hp of power and 35 Nm of torque. The NS400 will be equipped with a 6 speed gearbox and slipper and assist clutch. Bajaj might offer bi-directional quick shifter in the NS400.

Suspension duties will be handled by USD forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. It will get 17 inch alloy wheels at both the ends wrapped with tubeless tyres. For braking duties, it will get 320 mm disc at the front and 240 mm disc at the rear.

The current pulsar NS200 is very powerful and the upcoming Pulsar NS400 will offer more brutal power. The expected top speed of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 will be around 180 kmph and it will offer a mileage of around 30 kmpl.
