Honda CBR250RR Overview

Honda CBR250RR is a 250cc sports bike that competes with Kawasaki Ninja 300, KTM RC390 and the upcoming Yamaha R3. The motorcycle comes sporty look and almost all the major features which is required in this segment bike.

It comes with gold Showa SFF-BP USD forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. It gets clip-on handlebar that offers a committed riding posture and a lot of front end feel.

It comes with a steep subframe with split and stepped seat, a dual barrel exhaust, and a fully digital blue backlit instrument console that shows various basic functionalities and readouts of the motorcycle.

Braking duties are handled by a single petel disc at both the ends and for safety it gets dual channel ABS as well. The CBR250 RR gets 17 inch alloy wheels at both the ends with 110/70-17 size front tyre and 140/0-17 size rear tyre. It weighs around 168 kg and it comes with 14.5 liters of fuel tank.

The 2023 Honda CBR250 RR comes in two variants – Base variant and SP variant. The base variant is powered by a 249cc parallel twin liquid cooled engine that produces a max power of 38.2 bhp and peak torque of 23.3 Nm while the SP variant is also powered by the same engine but it produces 42 bhp of power and 25 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6 speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch along with a quick shifter.
