Orxa Mantis E-bike Overview
Orxa Mantis is a new naked street fighter motorcycle that comes with a powerful performance and aggressive look. The electric bike comes with a powerful mid-mounted liquid-cooled motor that produces a max power 28 hp and peak torque of 93 Nm.
The new Mantis e-bike is based on an all-aluminum aerospace grade alloy frame that makes it the lightest in its segment with a kerb weight of 182kg. It gets 41 mm telescopic forks at the front and an adjustable preload mono-shock suspension at the rear. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends and for safety, it has dual-channel ABS too.
It terms of features, it has 5.0 inch TFT instrument cluster with a Linux-based Orxa operating system, a Mantis app with navigation, phone notifications, ride analytics, all LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, and much more. The new Orxa Mantis is available in two color options – Urban Black and Jungle Grey. The Bangalore-based EV maker is offering a 3-year or 30,000 kms warranty on the motor and battery pack.

The new Orxa Mantis e-bike is powered by a fixed 8.9 kWh battery pack that offers a claimed range of 221 km on single charge. It takes 5 hours to charge from 0% to 80% using a standard 1.3 kWh charger and with Blitz 3.3kW charger, it takes 2.5 hours to charge from 0-80%.

The new 2024 Orxa Mantis electric motorcycle was launched on 21st November 2023 and the deliveries of the bike will first start in Bengaluru from April 2024.

The ex-showroom price of Orxa Mantis is Rs 3.60 lakh and the on-road price will be around Rs 3.80 lakh. For the first 1000 buyers, the booking amount is Rs 10,000 and after that, the booking price will be increased to Rs 25,000.
