Engine and Performance:
The Hero Xtreme 125R is powered by a 124.7 cc single cylinder air cooled engine that produces a max power of 11.4 bhp at 8250 rpm and 10.5 Nm torque at 6000 rpm.
Whereas the Raider 125 comes with 124.8 cc single cylinder engine that produces 11.2 bhp at 7500 rpm and 11.2 Nm torque at 6000 rpm. Xtreme 125R produces slightly more power than the Raider 125. Both the motorcycles comes with 5 speed manual gearbox.
Brakes and suspension:
The Raider 125 and Xtreme 125R both comes with a telescopic forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. Braking hardware is also as both the bikes gets 240 mm disc at the front and 130 mm drum brakes at the rear.
Wheels and tyres:
Both motorcycle comes with 17 inches alloy wheels at both the ends but tyres sizes are different. Raider 125 gets 80/100-17 size front tyre and 100/90-17 size rear tyre, ot the other hand the Xtreme 125R gets 90/90-17 size front tyre and 120/80-17 size rear tyre.
Dimensions:
The Hero Xtreme 125R is 2,009 mm long, 793mm wide, and 1.051 mm tall, meanwhile the Raider 125 is 2,070 mm long, 785 mm wide and 1,028 mm tall. Xtreme 125R comes with 794 mm of seat height and the Raider 125 comes with 780 mm seat height. TVS Raider 125 with 123kg of wight is 13 kg lighter than the Xtreme 125R which weighs around 136 kg.
Features:
Both the motorcycles comes digital instrument console and almost similar features but the Xtreme 125R misses out some features like Average Speed indicator, distance to empty indicator, and low battery indicator.

The Hero Xtreme 125R gets stepped seat as standard whereas the Raider 125 comes with single piece seat in lower variant and split seat in higher variant. Xtreme 125R comes with engine kill switch too.
