2021 TATA Safari
The new generation of Tata safari is set to launch on 26th January 2021. The new safari is also known as TATA gravitas. The new generation of Safari shares the architecture and powertrains with TATA harrier.
The new 2021 tata safari will be powered by a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine which produces 170 PS power and 350 Nm torque same as the harrier.
As it is based on harrier, therefore, it shares a lot of things with it but there are some differences between the two SUV’s. The differences are mentioned below.

Front section
If you see the first teaser image of the 2021 Tata safari then you will be noticed the difference at the front. It gets a chrome-finished grille with tri-arrow elements on it. the new grill design looks more premium and attractive as compared to the front grille of TATA harrier.
Rear section
If you see the harrier and Safari side by side you will see the major changes in the rear section of both SUV’s. The taillamp design of the new Safari is different, slightly sharper, and with different LED elements as compared to the Harrier.
One of the main attractive thing in the 2021 safari is that it gets the functional roof rails, which is integrated into the D-pillar, which makes it unique as compare to harrier.
Seating
Besically the 2021 Safari is a three version of the TATA harrier, and it will be available in two seating configurations – 6-seater (with captain seats in the second row) and 7-seater (with bench seats in the second row)
More features as compare to harrier
When tata harrier was launched, it was heavily criticised for the lack of features. But with the BS6 updates, Tata Motors added a panoramic sunroof to the equipment list, along with an automatic gearbox option and a more powerful engine. The 2021 TATA safari also gets the electronic paring brake.
