Toyota’s flex fuel car launching soon 

The Indian government is currently pressuring the country's automakers to think about flex-fuel technology as a substitute for the current ICE-powered cars. 

Many car manufacturers in india are planning to bring their flex fuel powered car as soon as possible. 

Toyota is all set to launch its first flex fuel car on 28th September 2022 in India. 

Toyota has not revealed much information related to it upcoming flex fuel car because it is currently busy launching the new Urban Cruiser Hyryder in India. 

Toyota’s upcoming Urban Cruiser Hyryder will compete against the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Volkswagen Taigun, and the Skoda Kushaq. 

For those who don’t no what is flex fuel engine, so flex fuel engine is an internal combustion engine that can run on more than one type of fuel. 

Currently, Petrol with ethanol or methanol is one of the most common flex fuel used in current flex fuel cars. 

A flex-fuel engine may also run on 100% petrol or ethanol, and many countries, including Brazil, the USA, and Canada, are now using this technology. 

Toyota is working on the next gen Innova and Fortuner that will use the strong Hybrid petrol or diesel engine.
