Tata Tigor EV range increased

Tata Motors has increased the range of Tigor EV via Software updates.

Tata Motor have also introduced the four level regenerative braking to the Tigor EV.

The current Tata Tigor EV gives an ARAI certified range of 306 km on a full charge and now with the software update it will deliver 315 km of range. 

The Tata Tigor EV is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor that produces the max power of 75 hp and peak torque of 170 Nm.

The electric motor comes with IP67 dust and water resistance rating and it is connected to a 26 kWh lithium ion battery pack.

Its batteries can be charged from 0% to 80% in just 65 minutes with fast charger. 

With Home charger, it can be charge from 0% to 80% in 8 hours 45 minutes. 

The Tata Tigor EV comes with 8 years / 1.6 lakh kilometer warranty on battery and motor.

Tata has also introduced the new XT variant to the Tigor EV which will replace the XM variant. 

The ex-showroom price of the Tata Tigor EV XT variant is Rs 12.99 lakhs while the existing XZ+ variant is priced at Rs 13.49 lakhs

Tata Motors has launched the Tigor EV XZ+ Lux variant which is a top spec variant with the price tag of Rs 13.75 lakhs
