Ather 450X new base variant launched at cheaper price

The new base variant of Ather 450X is priced at Rs 98,079 in Delhi, where the state subsidy is among the highest. 

The Ather 450X with ProPack is priced at Rs 1,28,443 in Delhi.

The prices of Ather electric scooters have reduced by 10k to 15k in comparison to earlier prices.

Ather has discontinued the 450 Plus variant and simplified its portfolio. 

Customers can choose between the standard 450X or the top-spec 450X ProPack, both with the same hardware but differences in terms of features, charger, and warranty. 

The new base variant of Ather 450X has a greyscale 7-inch touchscreen display, and many advanced features are not available. 

The new base variant misses out on all the connectivity features, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, music & calls, guide-me-home light, and time-based adaptive screen brightness and themes. 

Tyre pressure monitoring system, auto indicator off, park assist, and hill assist features are not available with the new base variant.

The base variant gets a single default ride mode and comes with a slow charger that takes 15 hours and 20 minutes for a full charge. 

Base 450X users won’t have access to Ather’s fast-charging network and can't upgrade to ProPack at a later date. 

Both variants have 3 years/30,000 km cover for the vehicle and charger, but the battery warranty is 3 years/30,000 km for the base variant and 5 years/60,000 km for the ProPack variant of Ather 450X.
