Aprilia RS 457 revealed - A 400cc race sports bike

Aprilia has launched its latest superbike, the RS 457, in India. 

The bike is deeply rooted in Aprilia Racing's rich heritage and signifies a significant stride in the brand's commitment to delivering exceptional performance and style to motorcyclists. 

The Indian debut of the RS 457 aligns perfectly with India's inaugural MotoGP race, underlining the close bond between Aprilia's racing expertise and the creation of this extraordinary motorbike. 

The RS 457 embodies the iconic design of the RS range, featuring a double front fairing, underbelly silencer, and a sleek 2-in-1 exhaust. 

It also comes with a full LED front headlamp and a 5-inch TFT color instrument cluster. 

The RS 457 is powered by a state-of-the-art liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine that produces 48 horsepower. 

It also has a remarkable power-to-weight ratio of 159 kg (175 kg when wet). 

The bike's aluminum frame, suspension system, and braking capabilities are all inspired by decades of racing triumphs. 

It also comes with a superbike-level electronic package that includes a Ride by Wire system with three riding modes and traction control.
