2023 Hyundai i20 Facelift launching soon

By Obaidullah khan

Hyundai India plans to launch a refreshed i20 after the success of the Exter micro SUV.

Expectations point to an imminent launch, likely later this month.

The new i20 facelift features a sleeker hexagonal grille and refined headlamp cluster.

Hyundai logo moves to the bonnet, and the bumper has a more angular design.

New fog lamp housings and redesigned lower air intake enhance the front.

It will compete with rivals like Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Tata Altroz, and Toyota Glanza.

European-inspired colors, such as Lucid Lime Metallic and Meta Blue Pearl, may be offered.

The i20 boasts a range of tech features, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Engine options remain unchanged: 1.2L naturally-aspirated and 1.0L turbocharged petrol.

Turbo petrol engine offers 120 PS and 172 Nm torque with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Price may slightly increase due to enhancements.
