Citroen has launched the C3 hatchback last year and it was offered in two variants Feel and Live. The ex-showroom price of the Live variant starts from Rs 5.71 lakh and the price of top spec Feel variants starts from Rs 8.06 lakh. These prices were increased in January 2023.
Last month, the carmaker has launched a new top of the line variant called the Shine. It is further offered in four versions of Shine, Shine Vibe Pack, Shine dual-tone, and Shine Dual tone with Vibe pack. But the Citroen C3 shine variants was only offered with the naturally aspirated 1.2 liter petrol engine.

Now Citroen has revealed the launch price of Shine Turbo Variants. The Citroen C3 Shine with 1.2L Naturally aspirated engine is priced at Rs 7.60 lakh while the Shine Vibe Pack and Shine Dual tone are priced at Rs 7.72 lakh and Rs 7.75 lakh respectively.
The 2023 Citroen C3 Shine dual tone with vibe pack variant is priced at Rs 7.87 lakh (ex-showroom). Talking about the turbo variant, the C3 Feel Dual Tone and Feel Turbo Vibe Pack have priced at Rs 8.28 lakh and Rs 8.43 lakh respectively.
The remaining Shine Turbo DT and Shine Turbo DT with Vibe pack are priced at Rs 8.8 lakh and 8.92 lakh respectively (All prices are ex-showroom).

2023 Citroen C3 Shine specification
All the variants of the Citroen C3 are now BS6 Phase II and RDE compliant. It is powered by a 1.2 liter 3 cylinder naturally aspirated engine mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox and it produces a max power of 82 hp and peak torque of 115 Nm. The turbocharged variant of the Citroen C3 with 6-speed manual gearbox produces a max power of 109 hp and peak torque of 190 Nm.
Both the engine options of the 2023 Citroen C3 offers a ARAI certified mileage of 19.3 kmpl.
Citroen C3 Shine new features
The new 2023 Citroen C3 Shine has been updated with 9 new features in which some of them were missing in the Feel and Live variants of the B-hatchback. The new features include rear skid plates, rear wiper and washer and rear defogger along with day/night IRVMs, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear parking camera, front fog lamps, and 15 inch diamond cut alloy wheels.
The new hatchback comes with a My Citroen Connect app that offers 35 connectivity features as a part of the Citroen Connectivity 1.0 Plan.
2023 Citroen C3 Shine safety features
In terms of safety, it is now offered with features such as engine auto start/stop and tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) along with dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS, EBD hill-hold control, and electronic stability control.
