2021 Suzuki Hayabusa
The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is expected to reveal on 5th Feb 2021 but its video was leaked by someone and uploaded on YouTube. The Hayabusa is a legendary superbike and got immense popularity in the world.
Dhoom movie was released in 2004 and the protagonist John Abraham seen riding the Hayabusa in that movie. Hayabusa has a separate fan base and many people call it “Dhoom bike”.
Due to the latest emission norms, Suzuki has discontinued the Hayabusa in India but it was expected that it will come back in 2021. The official revealing of the Hayabusa is on 5th Feb 2021 but someone leaked the video of 2021 Hayabusa ahead of its launch.
What are the changes that can be seen in the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa
2021 Hayabusa Design:
Talking about the design, the 2021 Hayabusa resembles the previous generation model but it does get some of the new style updates which makes it looks fresh.
The Peregrine falcon now gets a slightly redesigned headlamp, fairing, and exhaust. Overall the bike now gets a sleeker and more aerodynamic design. The tail section of the busa is also updated with new design LED taillight.
Powertrain
The previous generation Hayabusa came equipped with a 1340 cc inline four-cylinder DOHC liquid-cooled engine which produces 195 PS of max power and 155 Nm of peak torque. However, It is expected that the third-gen 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa could get a new 1450 cc engine with a power output of around 200 PS. The bike will have a six-speed manual transmission and, a DCT option could also be on offer this time.
Electronics
The 2021 Busa is expected to come equipped with 6-axis IMU with cornering ABS, power modes, wheelie control, different riding modes, engine braking modes, and a bi-directional quickshifter or Auto blipper.
Suspension and braking
The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is likely to get revised chassis with a more premium suspension setup featuring compression, rebound, and preload adjustability. Talking about the brakes it could be upgraded to Brembo’s top-spec brake units.
2021 Hayabusa Instrument console
The 2021 Hayabusa’s instrument console is slightly different than the previous-gen busa. It is expected to get the new TFT screen with several readings such as gear position, lean angle, ride modes, a clock, ambient temperature and settings for other electronic aids. At first glance, it still looks identical to the previous-gen Hayabusa because of the old school dials.
2021 Suzuki Hayabusa launce date
The global debut of the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is on 5th Feb 2021 and it is expected to launch in the coming months. The official launch date of the Hayabusa is yet to announce but we are expecting it to be in the second half of the year 2021.
2021 Suzuki Hayabusa price
Initially, the Suzuki is expected to bring the new 2021 Hayabusa as a CBU (Completely Built-Up) unit in India. Hence, the ex-showroom price of the bike will be expensive than the previous gen. Therefore The expected ex-showroom price of the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is around Rs 20 lakh.
