The bike will be available in two variants – Drum and Disc. The TVS raider has multiple features which hardly any 125 cc bike has in India.

The TVS Raider 125 will give tough competition to Honda CB Shine and SP 125, Bajaj Pulsar 125 as well as the Hero Glamour and Super Splendour. TVS says the Raider is inspired by (and designed for) the Gen Z crowd.

Talking about the specs, The Raider 125 comes with a 125 cc single cylinder Air cooled engine which produces the max power of 11.3 hp at 7500 rpm and peak torque of 11.2 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5 speed gearbox.

TVS claims that the Raider 125 can complete the 0-60 kmph in 5.9 seconds and can reach the top speed of 99 kmph.

As standard, the TVS Raider comes with a reverse LCD digital instrument cluster, but higher variants of the motorcycle will be equipped with a 5.0-inch TFT display featuring TVS’ SmartXonnect suite of connected features with Bluetooth connectivity and voice assist functionality.

The TVS Raider 125 has “TVS IntelliGo” feature which enables the start-stop feature. When you stop at the traffic signal it automatically shut the engine and it will start again when you accelerate after the signal turns green. This feature works only on Eco-mode and it helps the bike to maintain good fuel economy.

The Raider 125 comes with a 10 liter fuel tank and it can give an approximate mileage of 55-60 kmpl.
