Emflux One overview
The Emflux One Electric sportbike will be one of the fastest electric motorcycles in India. A Bangalore-based startup founded in 2016, Emflux Motors has come up with its first electric performance motorcycle the Emflux One. The bike was first showcased in Auto Expo 2018.
Emflux One Design
The Emflux one is a fully faired performance motorcycle. The design language of the motorcycle is completely different as it has a vertical headlight, sharp tail light, sporty rearview mirror, and attractive body panel design.
Talking about the seating posture, It has an aggressive sporty design with split seats.
Emflux One specifications
The Emflux One is powered by a liquid-cooled AC induction motor linked to a lithium-ion battery pack from Samsung. The electric motor produces a maximum power of 72 PS and a peak torque of 84 Nm. The electric motorcycle will have automatic transmission.
Emflux One range
As per the company’s claim, the Emflux One can give a claimed range of 200 km on a single charge and the battery can be charged up to 80 percent in just over half an hour using fast charging technology.v
Emflux One top speed
The company claims that the Emflux One can accelerate from 0 – 100 kmph in just 3 seconds. One of the most highlighting factors of the motorcycle is its top speed, as per the company claims the Emflux One can reach the top speed of 200 kmph.
Emflux One features
The electric motorcycle will have multiple features like a GPS navigation system with 6.8 inches TFT screen, Dual channel ABS, Bluetooth, Wifi and real-time vehicle diagnostic. The Emflux One comes with a mobile app for remote customization and bike-to-bike connectivity too.
Emflux One chassis and suspension
The Emflux One is built on a tubular steel trellis frame, the bike rides on 43mm USD front forks (upgradable to Ohlins Race and Track USD fork), and a gas-charged mono-shock unit at the rear (upgradable to Ohlins 46mm Monotube Gas Shock).
The braking duties of the bike are handled by 300mm dual disc brakes at the front and 220 mm single disc at the rear. For safety, it has Dual-channel ABS as well. It also features regenerative braking as standard
Wheels and tyres
The Emflux One has 17 inches wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso II radial tyres measuring 120-section at the front and 180-section at the rear.
Emflux One launch date and price
The expected launch date of the Emflux One is on July 2022 and its expected price will be around Rs 5.50 lakh.
