Bajaj has launched the new Pulsar 125 carbon edition in India. The newly launched carbon edition is available in both single-seat and split-seat versions. The Pulsar 125 is available in two color options – blue and red.
The ex-showroom price of the Bajaj pulsar 125 carbon fibre edition single-seat version is Rs 89,254 and the price of the split-seat version is Rs 91,642 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Black is the base color for both paint schemes. Furthermore, there are additional graphics on the alloy wheel stripes, fuel tank and shrouds, engine cowl, and rear panel. Additionally, as implied by the name, this variant features carbon fiber graphics on the belly pan, front fender, tank, and rear cowl. But the overall design stays the same. It continues to have a single-pod headlight with twin DRLs, a powerful fuel tank, bolted shrouds, and a side-mounted exhaust.
The mechanical specifications and hardware are identical to those of the regular version. So, there were no changes. The new Pulsar 125 carbon fibre edition is powered by a 124.4 cc single-cylinder engine that produces a max power of 11.64 BHP at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.80 Nm at 6,500 rpm. This is engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
It gets telescopic forks at the front and gas-charged twin springs for the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 240 mm disc at the front and drum brakes at the rear.
